| The only thing I did was use a prybar to lightly bend the hole (making the bottom of the hole, bent outward) (making the hole oblong) I Just used alot of electrical tape to protect the wires and took my time getting it through the firewall. I would not try taking the pins out. If somehow you got one wrong, Who knows what it could cause.
